Grief was never intended for this world. God, the definition of love, is not a God who wanted His creation to know grief. Our story today starts in Ruth 1. We will also explore Revelation 5:5 as it mentions Jesus as the "Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David". What does it mean by calling Jesus "the Rood of David?" And how is Revelation 5 connected with Ruth 1?
